Loving with no reason

Today I will work on loving unconditionally. I will meditate on causeless love -  loving my family and friends with no reason at all, with no strings attached. The highest love is when I give love just for the sake of giving and don’t expect anything in return, not even a show of gratitude, not even a smile or a token of appreciation.
“I love unconditionally” is my mantra for today.
